What happens to my returned item?

Returned items that meet our quality standards are added to our Lightly Loved collection, where customers can purchase once-loved lights for 25% off MSRP. These lights may have cosmetic imperfections, such as small dents and ripped packaging, but they are perfectly functional and are still backed by the same warranty and return policy as new lights.

The Lightly Loved collection helps us keep more plants happy and more waste out of landfills. Each Lightly Loved product is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.
